"The whole difference between construction and creation is exactly this: That a thing constructed can only be loved after it is constructed; but a thing created is loved before it exists."

My Houses Today

A few more walls have gone up in the Burrow; including the fascinating roof lines in Ron's room at the top of the house.  I've paperclayed the bathroom floor, more of that soon!

Well my fellow Whovians, look at what has appeared on the Casa's bathroom wall?  And you just know I'm leaving it there!  Hopefully, my dolls don't all disappear and have never in fact existed...

I don't have the colour of the adobe quite right yet...but here is the fountain in the Casa's courtyard.

The Casa's entryway.  I'm pretty happy with the tiles...the stairs are a work in progress.

The fireplace area in the living room.  The tangle of wires and lights are the 'Ultimate Flickering Fireplace' designed not to flicker the whole house while sharing a power supply.  There will be many changes happening here.

And lastly, a view of the kitchen showing the new light fixtures.  They actually light up!  Woot!
I need to find an inexpensive source for small toggle switches...each light is controlled by it's own switch in the Casa and I need to construct as master board of switches.  At five dollars a switch locally, I need to keep looking!  :)

What a delightful project. I found you via your post on the Buttercup Miniatures Rav Group. Keep up the good work.

I love how the casa is progressing. The tile work is very impressive.

I am interested in hearing more about the master switch you are planning. It sounds very useful.
