"The whole difference between construction and creation is exactly this: That a thing constructed can only be loved after it is constructed; but a thing created is loved before it exists."

The Burrow Today

I have been working on the Burrow whenever I can - but sequencing is turning me back to those millions of gazillions of bricks over and over again - I really have to finish sculpting and painting those bricks before I get too carried away with walls, floors and whatnot. But I really, really want to be putting up walls! I've another few hours of bricking ahead of me yet but I've slogged through about half of what was remaining and then it's just painting time. :)

Whenever the millions of gazillions of bricks just got to me I'd work on some things for inside the house and here is Molly with a few of them in various states of completion.

I do love the Burrow - are you all counting down to the 15th of June like me?

I really want to see The Burrow in person when it's complete- do you think my hubby would mind me taking a quick trip up to see? It really is so tall! Love all the goodies Molly has so far :)

Kim you'd be most welcome! :) It is indeed tall - every time I think about how tall, I'm so glad I settled on 1/24th scale! ;)

Hello, i am a new follower. Like and admire your blog and work very much! First time i see the "Nanny rocker" in a miniature blog- did you make it yourself? I would love trying to make one, too! Best Greetings, Anne

Hi Anna! It was a kit I bought from www.homesinminiature.co.uk - isn't it precious? :) She carries so many beautiful 1/24th scale things.
Thank you for following! :D
